RNC – Palin’s Time to Shine

Before becoming governor, Palin served as mayor of Wasilla, she recounted, adding: “And since our opponents in this presidential election seem to look down on that experience, let me explain to them what the job involves. I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a ‘community organizer,’ except that you have actual responsibilities.”
This is a small tidbit from an article I read this morning about Palin’s speech. I have to say, it is really nice to see a strong woman stand up and talk about some very real things. It will be fun to watch her tackle the campaign trail. Not to mention, the woman just had a baby 4 months ago. Can you imagine?
